炎症复合体与流感病毒感染

摘要 炎症复合体可识别和感受多种微生物产物及细胞内自身代谢性应激而活化胱天蛋白酶,诱导白介素-1β、白介素-18、白介素-33等促炎性反应细胞因子的分泌及多种炎症递质的释放,在抗流感病毒感染过程中发挥着重要作用。这可能为调控流感病毒介导的免疫反应提供新的作用靶点。 Inflammasome is activated by a diversity of pathogens and endogenous danger signals,which results in Caspase-1 activation and secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines such as IL-1β,IL-18 and IL-33. The activation of inflammasome has being recognized as a key player and potential therapeutic target in fighting influenza virus infections.
