摘要 代谢组学是研究在基因调控、蛋白质影响和系统代谢综合作用下生物体系受刺激或扰动后其代谢产物变化规律的科学。近儿年来,代谢组学已经成为生命科学领域一个重要的组学技术,主要应用在药物毒理学研究、疾病诊断、中药等领域。该义综合国内外文献报道,介绍当前代谢组学研究中样品制备、仪器分析技术、数据处理方法和应用的最新研究慨况.并对代谢组学的发展趋势以及面临的挑战等问题进行评述, Mctabolomics is a kind of technology studying the variation of metabolites in biological systems under stimulations or disturbances which come from the combined effects of gene regulation,protein functions, and systematic metabolism. Recently, metabolomics has become an important -ornics technology in life science,mainly used in the areas of drug toxicology, disease diagnosis, Chinese medicine, etc. Referring to the recent literatures from both home and abroad, the latest advances in sample preparation, instrumental analysis techniques, data processing methods, as well as applications in current metabolomics studies are reviewed in the present paper. Furthermore, the trends and challenges in metabolomies are discussed.
