摘要
高等教育管理方式的转变与外界高等教育发展方式的转变及由对知识诉求引发的适应知识范式转变存在密切关系,且高等教育固有问题的存在成为其转变的内在驱动力。随着政治、经济、文化、教育等因素对高等教育管理方式影响的逐步深入,为应对外部变化与内部矛盾,高等教育管理方式必须确立系统化、制度化、生态化的转变方向,在实践中以进一步明确转变目标为前提,以提高高校办学自主权为核心,以处理好高校的内外部关系为支撑,以完善高等教育管理相关制度为保障。
There is a close relationship between the transformation of higher education management mode, the change of higher education development way, and the shift of adaptable knowledge paradigm by the appeal for knowl-edge, and higher education inherent problems as the existence of the inner driving force of the transformation. As the political, economic, cultural, education and other factors affect the way for the gradual deepening of higher education management, higher education management must establish a systematic, institutionalized, ecological changes direction in response to external changes and internal conflicts, requirements in practice to further clarify the goals change as the premise, improve the sovereignty of universities as the core, universities to deal with internal and external relations for the support, to improve the education system for the protection related to the management.
