构建现代大学学术管理体制已成为当前我国高等学校综合改革的一项重要内容。无论是学风问题还是科研诚信问题,归根到底与学术管理体制密不可分。高等教育必须对现行学术管理体制进行改革,建立与现代大学制度相适应的学术管理体制,把实行学部制作为推进高校学术管理体制改革的一项重要内容,使其更加体现学术自主性,推动科技创新、学科发展与人才培养紧密结合,促进学科的交叉融合。

To build a modern university academic management system has become an important content of our colleges and universities＇ comprehensive reform. Both the study style issues and research integrity issues are related to the academic management system ultimately. Colleges and universities must reform the academic management system and establish a new academic management system which adapts to the modern university system, make the implemen- tation of the faculty system as an important part of promoting the academic management system reform. It makes the a- cademic management system reflect the academic autonomy more obviously, combines the science and technology in- novation, academic development and personnel training closely and promotes the interdisciplinary integration.
