摘要 中小学骨干教师成长一般经历准备期、适应期、发展期、创新期四个阶段。骨干教师发展期停滞问题比较普遍,严重影响了骨干教师个人的成长和教育质量的提高。解决骨干教师发展期停滞问题的主要对策有:骨干教师应不断地学习、探索,保持自身先进性;学校应重视校本研究,为骨干教师的成长创造良好的环境;各级教师培训机构要不断探索,构建与新课程要求相适应的培训模式;教育行政部门要建立骨干教师培训、认定制度和奖励机制。 The growth of backbone teachers in primary and secondary schools normally experiences four phases: preparation phase, adaptation phase, development phase and innovation phase. However, backbone teachers' growth begins to stagnate at the development phases, which has an influence on the improvement of teachers' personal growth and the quality of education. Methods to solve the stagnation problems are as follows. First of all, backbone teachers should devote themselves to learning and exploring to keep their advancement. Moreover, schools should pay more at- tention on the school-oriented research in order to create good environment for teachers' development. All levels of teacher-training institutions should constantly explore and build training models which adapts to the demands of the new curriculum. In addition, educational authorities need to establish appropriate training, qualification and reward systems for backbone teachers.
