GC-MS法分析超微粉碎对白术挥发油成分的影响 被引量:6

Effect of Ultrafine Grinding on Chemical Compositions of Volatile Oils in Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae by GC-MS

摘要 目的研究超微粉碎技术对白术挥发油化学成分的影响。方法采用气-质联用系统(GC-MS)对白术粗粉和超微粉的挥发油进行分析,评价超微粉碎对白术挥发油成分及含量的影响。结果白术粗粉挥发油鉴定出47个组分,占全油的75.81%;白术超微粉挥发油鉴定出34个组分,占全油的73.91%。白术粗粉和超微粉共有含量较高的成分有3,5-二羟-4’-甲氧基二苯、香叶烯B、β-芹子烯等,主要成分是萜烯。三者在粗粉挥发油的含量分别为36.82%,6.48%,4.42%;在超微粉挥发油的含量分别为54.02%,7.69%,2.56%。两者中其相同成分的挥发油含量存在一定的差别。结论超微粉碎技术对白术挥发油的成分和含量有较大的影响。 Objective To study the impact of superfine grinding technology on the chemical compositon of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae volatile oil. Methods Gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used for the analysis of the volatile oil from Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae coarse powder and superfine powder. And then the impact of superfine grinding technology on the chemical composition of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae volatile oil was evaluated. Results Forty-seven components were identified in the volatile oil of coarse powder, which accounted for 75.81% of the total volatile oil; 34 components were identified in the volatile oil of superfine powder, which accounted for 73.91% of the total volatile oil. The common components with higher content in the two kinds of powder were 3,5-dihydroxy-4'-methoxy diphenyl, myrcene B, and β-selinene, and they were all terpenes. The contents of the three common components were 36.82 %, 6.48 %, 4.42 % in the coarse powder, and were 54.02 %, 7.69 %, 2.56 % in the superfine powder, respectively. Certain differences were shown in the content of common volatile components of the two kinds of powder. Conclusion Superfine grinding technology has a great influence on the composition and content of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae volatile oil.
