Both Egypt 1/25 revolution and Iran Islamic Revolution sought to set up a new political system. Before the outbreak of revolutions Iranian King Pahlavi's international situation was inferior to the Egyptian President Mubarak. Iran had a strong leader and unified revolutionary forces. Egypt revolution was no popular leaders and the revolution strength was dispersive. Iran Islamic revolution did not start until it was ready, Egypt revolution suddenly broke out because of some external stimulus. Iran revolution led to the establishment of Islamic Republic of Iran. Egypt revolution did not create a new political system. Main reasons for the failure of Egypt revolution are sudden outbreak of the revolution, dispersive force, lack of complete action plan and fuzzy and unrealistic goal.
