麦胚黄酮类提取物对DM BA诱导的大鼠乳腺肿瘤的抑制作用 被引量:7

摘要 目的 :本文旨在研究麦胚黄酮类提取物对 7,12 -二甲基苯蒽 (DMBA)诱发的大鼠乳腺肿瘤的影响作用。方法 :出生 5 0天的健康雌性 SD大鼠 82只 ,置于室温 2 1度左右 ,相对湿度 30 %~ 70 % ,自然光照 ,基础饲料喂养一周后 ,按体重随机分为四组 :阴性对照组、阳性对照组、低剂量组、高剂量组。除阴性对照组外其余每只大鼠经两次灌胃给致癌剂 DM-BA,每只 15 mg溶于 1.5 m l的植物油中 ,给予致癌剂的同时给低剂量组和高剂量组大鼠含麦胚黄酮类提取物的饲料 ,对照组大鼠喂基础饲料 ,持续喂养 2 4周。结果 :阳性对照组、低剂量组、高剂量组大鼠乳腺肿瘤的发生率差异有显著性。结论 :麦胚黄酮类提取物对 Objective:To study the effects of flavonoids in wheat germ on mammary tumor induced by 7,12 dimethylben(a) anthracene(DMBA) in rat.Methods:50 days old female sprague dawley rats(weighted around 176g) were randomly divided into 4 groups:negative control group?positive control group?low dose group and high dose group.Except of rats in the negative control group each rat was given DMBA 15mg dissolved in 1 5ml plant oil by intragastrition.At the same time,the rats in low and high dose group were given the wheatgerm flavonoids,the rats in negative and positive control group were given basic forage.24 weaks after the administration of DMBA.Results:The tumor rates of in three groups were 65 0%?40 9%?33 3%,respectively.Differences among three groups were significent( P <0 05).Conclusion:The data possibly demonstrated one of mechanisms of chemoprophylactic effects of flavones on mammary tumors.
