机械刺激对小鼠子宫内膜组织形态及ICAM-1的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨机械刺激对子宫内膜容受性影响的机理。方法将96只雌性小白鼠随机分成对照组和刺激组。对照组在小鼠动情前期不刺激子宫内膜,在动情期刮取子宫内膜。刺激组在小鼠动情前期先接受特制小号刮匙刺激子宫内膜1次,在动情期刮取子宫内膜。对两组的子宫内膜进行图像分析,并采用免疫组织化学法检测细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)的表达。结果子宫内膜ICAM-1免疫组化阳性着色主要分布于子宫内膜腔上皮、腺上皮和基质细胞的胞浆中。刺激组子宫内膜腺/间比值较对照组高,差异有极显著性意义(t=18.36,P<0.01)。刺激组ICAM-1表达较对照组的ICAM-1表达强,差异有极显著意义(t=11.63,P<0.01)。结论推测机械刺激提高子宫内膜的容受性与促使子宫内膜腺体发育、增加子宫内膜容受性标志物的表达有关。 Objective To study the effect of mechanical stimulation on endometrial receptivity.Methods A total of 96 female mice were randomly divided into control group and stimulation group.In stimulation group, emdometrium was scraped both in proestrus and estrus, compared with that only in estrus in control group.Endometrial images of two groups were analyzed and the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) protein in endometrium was determined by immunohistochemistry.Results The expression of ICAM-1 was mainly distributed in the cytoplasm of the luminal epithelium, glandular and stroma cells.The ratio of gland/stroma in the stimulation group was significantly higher compared with the control group, and the difference was significant (t=18.36,P〈0.01).The expression of ICAM-1 in the stimulation group was significantly higher than that in the control group with significant difference (t=11.63,P〈0.01). Conclusion Mechanical stimulating improves the endometrial receptivity by improving the development of endometrial gland and increasing the expression of ICAM-1.
