摘要
在酸性介质中Fe(Ⅲ)对过氧化氢氧化对氨基苯磺酸的反应具有强烈的催化作用,本文研究了反应的动力学条件,建立了测定痕量铁的新方法,方法检出限为5.5×10-ng/mL,线性范围为6~110ng/25mL,应用于水及面粉中Fe(Ⅲ)的测定,结果满意.
A new indicator reaction was proposed for the determination of trace iron. In thepresence of iron P-aminobenzoic acid can be oxidized with hydrogen peroxide in a acid solution.The optimam condition influencing the rate of catalytic reaction was established. Detective limit is5. 5 × 10-11g/mL and the range of determination is 6. 0~110ng/25mL. This method has beensuccessfully applied to the determination of trace iron in water and food samples.
