摘要
本文研究了在HAc-NaAc介质中,Cu(Ⅱ)催化过氧化氢氧化邻苯二酚紫的反应及其动力学条件,建立了测定痕量Cu(Ⅱ)的新方法.方法的检测限为1.16×10-9g/mL,测定范围为0.01~3.0μg/mL.
A kinetic spectrophoto metric methods is presented for the determination of trace copper based on the catalytic oxidation of catechol violet by H2O2 in weak acidic solution,and the kinetic condition was also studied.The detection limit for Cu (Ⅱ) is 1. 16 ×10-9g/mL, and the linear range of the determination is 0. 01~3.0mg/mL. The method is satisfatorily applied to the determination of Cu(Ⅱ) in natural sample.
