江苏省家蝇对卫生杀虫剂抗性的调查

STUDIES ON THE INVESTIGATION OF RESISTANT STRAINS OF FLIES FOR INSECTICIDAL FORMULATION IN JIANGSU PROVINCE.

目的 :建立家蝇对卫生杀虫剂的抗性谱 ,为全省各地开展除害灭蝇工作提供科学依据。方法 :采用点滴法测定家蝇对杀虫剂的半数致死量。结果 :江苏省家蝇对敌敌畏、溴氰菊酯、二氯苯醚菊酯等卫生杀虫剂的抗性高于敏感品系的8～ 12倍 ,对其他卫生杀虫剂高 1～ 2倍。结论

Objective:To establish the resistant course of flies on insecticides in Jiangsu province and afford the scientific data for controlling flies in our province.Methods:We measure the LD of flies on insecticides by standard drop way.Result:The resistant of flies in Jiangsu province is about 8～12 multiple higher than sensitive strain on thirteen insecticides including DDV,deltamethrin,permethine and so on.It is also about 1~2 multiple higher other.Conclusion:The flies in our province are developing the resistant on the common insecticides.
