摘要
目的探讨应用过硫酸铵消化-砷铈催化分光光度法配套试剂盒检测尿中碘含量的的方法和技术。方法样品经过硫酸铵消化后,按照WS/T 107-2006《尿中碘的砷铈催化分光光度测定方法》用配套试剂盒进行测定。结果在实验条件下该方法线性范围为0.0~300.0μg/L,标准曲线的相关系数为0.9992~0.9997,平均r=0.9994;检出限为3.10μg/L;定量下限为10.32μg/L;低、中、高三个浓度的尿样重复性测定的相对标准偏差分别为3.9%、2.3%、2.0%;测定高、低两种浓度的尿碘国家标准物质,测定值与标准物质定值的相对偏差均<5%;加标回收试验结果在93.7%~103.7%之间。结论用砷铈催化分光光度法配套试剂盒检测尿中碘含量,该法操作简便,标准曲线线性关系好,精密度和准确度较高,是测定尿碘的可靠方法。
Objective This article mainly discusses the method and technology of determining urine iodine by using the integration kit of ammonium persulfate digestion As3+- Ce4+ catalytic spectrophotometry. Methods Samples were digested with ammonium persulfate, and then determined by integration kit according to WS/T 107-2006. Results Under the conditions proposed,the linear range was found to be 0.0-300.0μg/L with the coefficient correlation of 0.9992-0.9997.The arerage coefficient correlation was 0.9994. The detection limit was 3.10 μg/L and the quantitation limit was 10.32μg/L.Meanwhile the value of relative standard deviation was 3.9%、2.3%、2.0% in low, mid and high three different kinds of density respectively. The value of relative deviation was less than 5% in detecting two different kinds of national standard substance of urine iodine. The recovery rate of the experiment was in the range of 93.7%-103.7%. Conclusion This method was easily operated. Besides it was good in precision and accuracy and has a good linear correlation in standard curve. It is a reliable method for determination of urine iodine.
