摘要 目的沙门菌是引起食源性疾病的重要病原菌,全球每年发生食源性疾病病例高达数亿例。调查分析一起食物中毒的原因,为食物中毒的处理提供依据。方法根据流行病学调查和临床症状,选择需要鉴定的致病菌,依据GB14938-94、WS/T13-1996和GB4789.4-2010对采集的标本进行致病菌的分离与鉴定。结果三份肛拭子和皮蛋内均检出鼠伤寒沙门氏菌。结论这是一起由鼠伤寒沙门菌污染皮蛋而引起的食物中毒。 Objective Salmonella is an important pathogen causing foodborne diseases, global foodborne disease cases occur each year hundreds of millions of cases. To investigate the causes of food poisoning and provide the basis for the treatment of food poisoning. Methods according to the epidemiological survey and clinical symptoms, select the required identification of pathogenic bacteria, basis GB14938-94, WS/T13-1996 and GB4789.4-2010 on acquisition of specimens were caused by the separation and identification of the bacteria. Results three anal swab and preserved egg was detected in Salmonella typhimurium. Conclusion This is by Salmonella typhimurium and preserved egg pollution caused by food poisoning.
