腰椎Modic改变与椎间盘TNF-α表达的相关性

摘要 目的探讨腰椎椎体终板区的信号改变(Modic)症表现与相应椎间盘TNF-α表达的相关性。方法选择因腰椎退行性疾病而行椎间盘摘除手术的病例,根据MRI的信号改变分为Modic症Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型,用免疫组织化学的方法检测椎间盘标本中TNF-α的表达。结果 Modic症Ⅰ型TNF-α的表达明显高于Ⅱ型病例(P<0.05)。结论 Modic症Ⅰ型TNF-α的表达高于Modic症Ⅱ型,提示有较强烈的炎症反应。
