创业教育视野下“三阶段衔接,三课堂协同”教学训练模式的探究

摘要 随着社会的发展,创新力量已成为促进经济发展的新驱动力,实施创业教育是培养创新创业型人才的重要举措。在分析了创业教育如何与专业教育深入融合的基础上,笔者提出“三阶段衔接,三课堂协同”的教学训练模式。在创业教育实施的过程中,实现“创业意识渗透、创业效能提升、创业实战强化”的三个阶段有效衔接;通过三课堂协同,即第一课堂理论教学、第二课堂课外活动、第三课堂实践训练的相互协同实现三阶段衔接,为学生将来独立创业和就业做好能力和素质准备。
