摘要
根据90后大学生的个性特点,以及他们社会责任感缺失的现实表现,探讨了高校应对大学生社会责任感培养的策略,详细阐述了高校影响大学生社会责任感培养与教育的三个宏观因素,一是教学过程;二是校园环境氛围;三是社会实践。提出了按年级的低高顺序把学生分成两个层次、分别实施不同的管理模式,低层次重点实施养成教育,是"自律"能力培育期,高层次重点实施自我教育,是"自律"能力完善期。
According to the characteristics of the post-90 s college students' personality,they are lack of the sense of social responsibility in reality. It discusses the strategies of cultivating college students responding to social responsibility sense,and describes in detail the effect of social responsibility of college students cultivation of the sense of education three macro factors.The first is the teaching process; the second is the campus environment; the third is the social practice. The author proposes according to the grade of low and high order divided the students into two levels,namely the implementation of different modes of management and low level. The key implementation nurturance education is self-discipline ability cultivation period. The high level focus on the implementation of self education and self controlling ability improvement.
