法治精神的研究有助于我国依法治国方略的贯彻实施,对我国法治社会的构建具有重大意义。笔者通过列举了我国现实生活中存在的一些典型案例,来分析我国法治精神的现状、内涵和构建。

The research on the spirit of rule of law is helpful to the implementation of the rule of law in our country and it is of great significance to the construction of our country＇s rule of law. By listing some typical cases in China＇s real life,the author analyzes the current situation as well as the connotation and the construction of the rule of law in China.
