摘要
目前中国处于高速发展时期,在多方因素的综合作用下,职业教育出现了机遇与挑战并存的局面。如何整合提升各种资源,快速步入高职院,可谓千头万绪,任重道远。而在这一过程中教师队伍的建设则显得尤为的重要和关键。这不仅影响着学校升格的前途和命运,也对未来学校健康有序的发展起到至关重要的作用。接下来,笔者就高职院校升格过程中的教师队伍的建设提出了几点愚见,希望给同仁们提供一些有价值的参考意见。
At present,China is in a period of rapid development.Under the comprehensive effect of various factors,there is the situation of the coexistence of opportunities and challenges in vocational education.How to enhance the integration of vari-ous resources,quickly into the high vocational college,has a multitude of things,a long way to go.In this process,the con-struction of teachers team is particularly important.This not only affects the upgrading of the school＆#39;s future and destiny,but al-so for the future of school healthy and orderly development.Next,the author put forward some suggestions on upgrading the construction of teachers team in the process,and hopes to provide some valuable reference to colleagues.
