摘要
基于马斯洛的需求理论,调查90后家庭经济困难大学生的发展性需求特征及其与不同年级、性别、家庭构成、城乡、区域等人口学因素的关系,研究发现:受访者对自我实现的需求最为强烈,情感归属需求较弱;发展性需求存在明显的群体内部差异。最后,提出发展援助建议:发挥贫困学生的主体能动性;基于群体特定的发展需求实施差异化援助;加强规划指导和提供公益服务机会;营造平等、宽松的人文环境。
The research investigates developmental needs of college students with financial difficulties after 90s and the relation-ship with demographic factors such as grade,gender,family structure,urban or rural and region,which is based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs.The research found that respondents'demand for self -actualization is the strongest but the emotional ac-ceptance demand is weak.Moreover,the differences of developmental need are apparent.Finally,this paper proposed advice which is initiating subjectivity,implementing differential aid,strengthening planning guidance,providing public service oppor-tunities and building equal and relax humanity environment.
