摘要
固定工制度曾经是我国全民所有制单位的基本用工制度,而与此相似的日本的终身雇佣制根植于市场经济。两者在某一阶段都为经济发展做出了特殊的贡献。本文通过结合长江三角洲地区的日资情况,对两者本身的概念以及实施现状进行了详细的调查、分析,并对两者的差异及形成这种差异的原因进行了具体的阐述探讨,希望对今后就业的大学生,尤其是日语专业大学生的就业起到一定的启发性作用。
Permanent employment system is the basic labor system of enterprises owned by the whole people at past in China. The similar permanent employment system in Japan is rooted in the market -oriented economy.These two have made special contribution for the development of economy in some stage.Based on Japan -funded enterprises in Yangtze River delta,this paper analyses the concept as well as current implementary situation of the two permanent employment systems.Also,this pa-per discusses the differences between these two systems and causes.We hope this paper will be helpful for the employment of graduate,especially Japanese major.
