摘要
幼儿舞蹈教学能力培养具有重要意义,能更好适应教育教学工作需要、提高舞蹈任课老师综合素质、促进教学效果和教学质量提升。但目前幼儿舞蹈教学能力培养存在不足,为应对这些问题,今后应该采取有效的培养对策:明确目标,合理选择教学内容;口传身授,培养学生教学技能;创新方法,培养舞蹈创编能力;并注重实践,改进教学考评方法。从多个方面入手,为整个社会培养优秀合格的学前教育专业人才。
Children dance teaching ability training is of great significance,which can better meet the needs of education teach-ing,improve the dance teacher overall quality,promote the teaching effect and teaching quality improvement.But the children dance teaching ability training is insufficient,to cope with these problems,the cultivation of the future should take effective countermeasures：clear objectives,reasonable choice of teaching content;oral teaching,training students＇teaching skills;method innovation,training creating dance;and pay more attention to the practice to improve the method of teaching evalua-tion.We should cultivate outstanding qualified pre -school education professionals for the whole society from various aspects.
