原发性食管恶性黑色素瘤一例并文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 原发性食管恶性黑色素瘤（primary malignant melanoma of the esophagus,PMME）是一种非常罕见且预后极差的恶性肿瘤。发病率低,Baur 1960年报道首例PMME后,截止2011年外文文献共报道337例[1],占原发性食管恶性肿瘤0.1%~0.2%[2]。缺乏特异性临床表现,容易误诊。根治性切除或内科保守治疗均不能获得较理想的生存期。常见肺、
