Performance Evaluation of Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities Based on the Balanced Scorecard

高校创业教育的可持续发展有赖于一套科学的绩效评价体系。将具有战略管理理念的平衡计分卡绩效评价方法引入到高校创业教育绩效评价中,在厘清平衡计分卡内涵的基础上,对平衡计分卡中财务、客户、内部流程、学习与发展4个维度进行科学转换,赋予其新的含义,并通过合理设计权重,建立起一套完整的创业教育平衡计分卡绩效评价体系。

The sustainable development of entrepreneurship education relies on a set of scientific evaluation system. Performance evaluation method of the balanced scorecard with strategic management concept is applied to the performance evaluation of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. Clarify the connotation of the balanced scorecard. Four dimensions of financial,customer,internal process,learning and development is respectively converted into entrepreneurship education,and give it new meaning. By reasonable design of weights,finally it can set up a complete performance evaluation system of entrepreneurship education.
