高校在文化创意微型企业发展中的地位和作用——以重庆市为例 被引量:2

On the Position and Influence of Colleges and Universities on the Development of Micro-enterprises of Cultural Innovation——Taking Chongqing as an Example

摘要 在我国"大众创业、万众创新"的背景下,重庆市文化创意微型企业蓬勃发展,呈现出诸多特征。高校作为文化创意人才培养的基地、创业项目孵化的摇篮、创业基地建设的主阵地、文化创意产业发展的辐射源、创新创业文化建设的发源地,在文化创意微型企业发展中具有重要的战略地位。重庆市文化创意微型企业的现状和优势表明,高校助推重庆市文化创意微型企业发展可以通过以下途径:一是通过深化创新创业教育改革、加强众创空间建设和引领辐射带动作用,整合学校资源;二是要对接好、利用好、宣传好政策措施,整合政策资源;三是通过"一站式服务"平台建设、"多帮一"联系带动,延伸政府职能;四是做好投融资服务,扩大宣传影响,引入社会资源对接园区发展。 Under the background of mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation in China,the Chongqing micro-enterprises of cultural innovation experience the period of prosperity and booming,showing various characteristics. As the training base for the cultural innovation talents,cradle of innovation projects beginning,the main place for the innovation base construction,the original spreading resource of cultural innovation development,the resource of innovation and entrepreneurship construction,the colleges and universities have significant position in the development of Chongqing micro-enterprises of cultural innovation. The colleges and universities can help the development of Chongqing micro- enterprises of cultural innovation through the following ways: firstly,through the deepening of innovation entrepreneurship education reform,strengthening the massive innovation space construction and guidance and spreading function,the sources of colleges and universities are integrated; secondly,fully making use of the polices and countermeasures,the polices resources are integrated; thirdly,through the construction of one-stop service platform,leading of helping each other,the government function is extended; and fourthly,doing well in the financial service,extending the spreading influence,the social resources are introduced into the development of the creative industry park.
