摘要
技术的自然属性与社会属性决定了认识并掌握技术的人是成为技术热衷者还是技术怀疑者,抑或是二者的合一,这是教育信息化推进过程中应当首先辨识的基本问题,也是确认教育信息化工作者身份与价值立场的问题。技术热衷者认为:涤荡一切的技术变革必然会影响教育领域,世界的变化决定着教育的变革,技术赋予教育更加强大的能力,应培养并帮助学生做好准备以进入这个变化的世界。技术怀疑者认为:技术无论多么先进也不可能渗透到教育的内核中,即技术在促进教师与学生心智完善、建立一种自我完善意愿并不断自我完善的目标中不可能起到支配性作用。辨析清楚教育技术的自然属性与社会属性,旨在吸收二者的合理成分,确立起合目的性的技术教育价值立场。
The natural and social attribute of technology determines whether the people understanding and mastering technology are becoming the technology enthusiasts or doubters,or is the unity of both,which is the basic problem to be identified in the process of promoting education informatization,and the problem to determine the identity and the value position of the education informatization workers. The technology enthusiasts believe that the technological change will affect all the area of education,and the education reform depends on the changes in the world; the technology gives more powerful capabilities to the education,and the students should be cultivated and helped for the preparation to go into the changeable world. The technology sceptics believe that no matter how advanced the technology is,it is impossible to penetrate into the kernel of education,that is,the technology can't play a dominant role in the promoting mental perfection of the teachers and students,and establishing a self- improvement and continuous self-improvement in target. To identify the natural and social attribute of education technology clearly is to absorb the reasonable elements of the two,and to establish the education technology value position suitable to the target.
