青藏高原自然保护区的山水环境保护与民族文化传承是一项统一的系统工程。提出自然保护区建设要以民族区域自治制度为框架,以生态环境保护为基础,文化传承与民生保障为出发点,建立稳定而有活力的人文生态协调机制。

The protection of landscape environment and the national culture heritage of the natural reserves of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau is a unified system engineering. It is proposed the construction of natural reserves should be based on the system of regional ethnic autonomy,the protection of ecological environment,and take cultural heritage and livelihood security as the starting point for the sake of establishing a stable and dynamic human ecological coordination mechanism.
