民族地区特色产业与城镇化协调发展研究

Coordinated Development of Characteristic Industry and Urbanization in Minority Areas

中国经济进入"新常态"化发展阶段,发展特色产业成为时代的选择与要求。从五个方面阐述了民族地区特色产业与城镇化协调发展的互动关系,比较分析了东西部民族地区经济与城镇化发展的现状,给出了民族地区城镇化的路径选择,实证分析了内蒙古鄂温克族自治旗的城镇化发展。得出应该制定合理政策、提升城镇化规模、推进区域一体化、培育特色小镇、加快发展现代服务业的结论。

China＇s economy has entered a ＂new normal＂development stage,so the development of characteristic industry is the selection and requirement of the time. This paper expounds the interactive relation between characteristic industry in minority regions and the coordinated development of urbanization,comparatively analyses the present development of economy and urbanization in the eastern and western minority regions,provides path selection for the urbanization in these regions,empirically studies the urbanization development in Ewenki Autonomous Banner of Inner Mongolia and comes up with the conclusion that reasonable policies should be made,the scale of urbanization be expanded,regional integration be enhanced,characteristic towns be fostered,and the development of modern service industry be hastened.
