民族高校质量文化是民族高校内部质量保障体系建设的核心和灵魂。分析了民族高校质量文化的现状、内涵及结构,探讨了民族高校质量文化与民族高校内部质量保障体系之间的关系。民族高校应通过激发和培育特色质量文化,使教学质量保障体系、内部质量保障机制在文化引领下发挥更大的作用。

Quality culture is the heart and soul of the construction of internal quality assurance system for nationalities universities. The current situation,connotations and construction of nationalities universities are analyzed. The relationship between quality culture and internal quality assurance system in nationalities universities is discussed. It is proposed that universities should abide by the internal regulations of quality culture and educate and develop quality culture system that can adapt to their own characteristics.
