当下的中国,正在进行一项举世罕见的脱贫计划：未来5年内,使7000万人脱离绝对贫困。据统计,至2014年底,全国仍有14个集中连片贫困区、12.8万个贫困村、7017万贫困人口,重点分布在欠发达的中西部地区。其中贫困发生率超过10%的有西藏、甘肃、新疆、贵州和云南,贫困人口数量超过500万的有贵州、云南、河南、广西、湖南和四川。

China is now going through a rare or even unique plan, to help 70 million(70,000,000) citizens to overcome absolute poverty in 5 years. As required by Chinese President Xi Jinping, these 70 million poverty population must get rid of poverty when reaches the supposing deadline. h is means, in the next 5 years, China has to help 10 million poverty population to step out of their situation annually. h en divided by 12, 1 million per month. From the central government to local government, they have already started to sprint.
