近代中国慈善公益事业的运营机制及其形成原因探析

The Operating Mechanism and Forming Reasons for Modern Chinese Philanthropy

在近代急剧变迁的社会背景下,中国的慈善公益事业也发生了质的变化。慈善救济开始注重教养并举,出现了新型慈善组织(红十字会)。大型民间义赈活动的开展,西方教会慈善的盛行,与之相应的慈善公益的运营机制也进行了调整。其在组织架构、管理体制、筹资机制、宣传动员机制等各方面都进行了优化。近代慈善公益的运营机制是与近代社会相适应的,慈善公益运营机制的不断调整与中国的近代化相生相伴。

Under the social background of rapid changes in modern times,Chinese philanthropy has also undergone a qualitative change. Charity relief began to pay attention to education and there emerged a new charity organization（ Red Cross）,with large- scale non- governmental relief activities,as well as the prevalence of the western church charity. Correspondingly,the philanthropic operating mechanism has also been optimized in all aspects such as organizational structure,management system,funding mechanism,propaganda and mobilization mechanism etc.Modern philanthropic operating mechanism was adapted to the modern society,and the constant adjustment of philanthropic operating mechanism was closely linked to the modernization of China.
