慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者生命质量及其影响因素分析

STUDY ON THE HEALTH-RELATED QUALITY OF LIFE OF PATIENTS WITH COPD AND ITS' INFLUENCE FACTORS.

目的 :了解慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)患者的健康相关生命质量及其影响因素 ,为社区健康教育干预工作提供相关信息。方法 :采用国际上新型、简便的慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)专用健康相关生命质量问卷—— the Airways Ques-tionnaire2 0 (AQ2 0 ) ,对四川成都地区 2 0 0例 COPD患者进行调查。结果 :COPD患者生命质量不仅与疾病严重程度有关 ,而且与患者的行为因素有密切关系 ,如 :体育锻炼、社会交往等。结论 :社区干预工作应重视 COPD患者的健康教育 ,加强心理治疗 ,争取家庭及社会的支持 ,从而使患者建立良好的行为生活方式 。

Objective:To study on the Health Related Quality of Life of patients with COPD and its influence factors,delivery the information for community intervention.Methods:200 cases of COPD were examined with the Airways Questionnaire 20(AQ20) in Chengdu.Results:The Quality of Life of patients with COPD was affected by not only the condition of disease,but also the behavior and awareness of patients:sport,social activity et al.Conclusion:It is very important to community intervention to pay more attention to health education of COPD,to improve the psychological treatment and to increase the support of family and society,then make them built good healthy life style,and improve the Quality of Life.
