摘要
目的:研究牛蒡苷元及牛蒡苷对H2O2诱导的SH-SY5Y细胞氧化损伤的保护作用。方法:体外培养人多巴胺能神经母细胞瘤细胞SH-SY5Y细胞,加入不同浓度的牛蒡苷元及牛蒡苷预保护SH-SY5Y细胞24 h后,加入H2O2继续共同培养24 h,采用MTT法检测细胞存活率。结果:与模型组相比,5μmol·L-1和10μmol·L-1的牛蒡苷元和20μmol·L-1的牛蒡苷可提高细胞的存活率。结论:牛蒡苷及其苷元均能保护H2O2诱导的SHSY5Y细胞氧化损伤,且牛蒡苷元对SH-SY5Y细胞氧化损伤的保护作用强于牛蒡苷。
Objective: To study the protective effects of arctigenin and arctiin on H2O2- induced damage in SH-SY5Y cells. Methods: SH-SY5Y cells were cultured in vitro and preprotected with different concentrations of arctigenin and arctiin for 24 h, then treated with H2O2 for 24 h. MTT assay was used to the propagation of cells. Result: Compared to model group, 5 μmol· L^-1 and 10 μmol· L^-1 arctigenin and 20 μmol· L^-1 arctirn could improve the viability of cells. Conclusions: Arctigenin and arctiin both have the protective effect on H2O2-induced damage in SH-SY5Y cells, and arctigenin exhibited stronger activity than arctiin in the protective effect.
