摘要 目的成为全国首家移动无线缴费的医院,推出全国首个"移动智能就诊"服务平台,创新、优化就诊流程,缩短病人等候时间。方法创新就诊流程,即用手机挂号、收费、看检验结果和就医反馈。对2014年5—12月移动智能就诊在我院门诊的应用进行研究。结果缩短了病人就诊在院时间。在医院业务高峰期,使用移动就诊平均在院逗留时间比使用现场方式减少48.4 min。提高了病人满意度,提高了社会效益。结论移动智能就诊为病人病属节省了时间,提高了门诊病人满意度;节省了挂号收费员;提高医院的形象和综合实力等。 Objective To explore the effect of mobile intelligence in outpatient. Methods As the first hospital with mobile wireless payment in China, we introduced the first service platform of "mobile intelligence to see a doctor" from May to December, 2014 in outpatient, which optimized the process of seeing a doctor. Results The patients' time of seeing a doctor was shortened. In the rush hour of our hospital, patients' average time of staying in the hospital reduced 48.4 minutes with the platform, thus patients' satisfaction and social efficiency were improved. Conclusion The new platform of "mobile intelligence to see a doctor" saves patients' time and improves their satisfaction and it also improves the image and comprehensive strength of the hospital.
