摘要 目的探讨艾滋病科护士离职意愿及其影响因素。方法于2013年6—9月,采用整群抽样方法对广东省内6家定点收治艾滋病患者医院的艾滋病门诊、艾滋病普通病房、艾滋病妇产科病房及艾滋病ICU工作的188名护士,采用离职意愿量表进行问卷调查。结果本组艾滋病科护士离职意愿总分为(2.74±0.50)分,3个维度中获得外部工作的可能性得分最高(2.97±0.50)分,其他依次为辞去目前工作可能性(2.67±0.70)分、寻找其他工作的可能性(2.57±0.75)分;多因素分析结果显示:年龄、科室、保护设施是艾滋病科护士离职意愿的影响因素(B为-0.204~0.216,P〈0.05)。结论艾滋病科护士有较高的离职意愿,医院管理者应关注年轻、科室无保护设施及艾滋病妇产科病房护士的离职意愿。合理安排人力资源,组建病房安全保护设施,提高护士在艾滋病科工作的安全感,降低护士的离职意愿。鉴于本研究所得决定系数较小,未来可纳入更多艾滋病科护士离职意愿的可能影响因素,做进一步研究。 Objective To explore turnover intention of nurses in AIDS Department and its influence factors. Methods With cluster random sampling, 188 nurses from AIDS Outpatient, common AIDS ward, maternity ward for AIDS patients and AIDS ICU were investigated with turnover intention scale from June to September 2013. Results The total average score of nurses' turnover intention was 2.74±0.50. The score of the possibility of getting outside job 2.97±0.50 topped the score of each dimension, followed by the possibility of leaving current job 2.67±0.70 and the possibility of finding another job 2.57±0.75. Multivariate analysis indicated age, department, protective facilities were the main influence factors of turnover intention (B=-0.204-0.216,P〈0.05). Conclusion Strong turnover intention exists in nurses from AIDS Department. More attention should be paid to young nurses, those from departments without protective facilities and those from maternity ward for AIDS patients and more protective facilities will benefit the decrease of nurses' turnover intention.
