患者满意度与患者对护士长的熟悉程度的相关性研究

摘要 目的 探讨患者满意度与患者对护士长的熟悉程度的相关性。方法 选择床护比达到卫生行政主管部门规定的护士配备标准、实施APN排班的病区9个,实施护士长走动式管理。通过患者满意度调查,比较患者满意度与患者对护士长的熟悉程度的相关性。结果 患者对护士长熟悉程度较高的病区,其对护理工作满意度亦较高,对护士长熟悉率在平均值(62.50%)以上的科室患者满意度比其余科室高2-8个百分点(r=0.73,P〈0.05)。结论 患者满意度与患者对护士长的熟悉程度呈正相关。 Objective To explore the correlation with satisfaction degree of patients and the degrees of familiarity with the nurse managers. Methods Choosed 9 wards which have the bed / nurse ratio above nurse staffing standards by the health administrative departments, Arrange shifts by APN, Implementation management by walking around by nurse managers. Surveyed the satisfaction degree and The degrees of famili- arity with the nurse managers of patients for three days and the above in hospital. Compared the correlation with satisfaction degree of patients and the degrees of familiarity with the nurse managers. Results Patients with higher degree of familiarity with the nurse managers, the satis- faction degree was also higher. Wards which head nurses' familiar rate in average value (62.50%) and above,their patient satisfaction de- gree were 2 - 8 percentage points higher than others (r =0. 73,P 〈0. 05). Conclusion Satisfaction degree of patients and the degrees of fa- miliarity with the nurse managers is positive correlation.
