Chinese people’s diet is not only the basic requirement of the body,but also with cultural and spiritual meanings,reflecting Chinese ethical culture. As the ＂encyclopedia of the feudal society＂,the Dream of Red Mansion describes numerous meals and banquets,relating to lots of deep problems about Chinese diet.
