单组分高压绝缘涂料在变电工程中的应用

Application of One-component High Voltage Insulating Varnish for Substation Projects

对于变电工程电力保障系统的绝缘安全问题,提出使用一种新型高压绝缘涂料——单组分高压绝缘涂料。该涂料具有优异的电气绝缘性、阻燃性,具有良好的防潮憎水性能,使用寿命长,施工操作简单、经济、易行。叙述了单组分高压绝缘涂料的特性和应用范围,指出采用单组分高压绝缘涂料将能明显提高变电站的绝缘防护水平。

A kind of one-component high voltage insulating coatings was prepared in substation projects to improve power system security. The prepared coatings had good properties including high insulation resistance, flame resistance, moisture proof and hydrophobic property. Also, it was reliable and cost-effective with long service life. The operation was easy. The performance and application of one-component high voltage insulating coatings were presented. It indicated that the insulation protection level of substations would be remarkably improved with the application of this kind of coatings.
