水性木器涂料用叔丙乳液的制备及性能

Preparation and Property of Tertiary Acrylic Emulsion for Waterborne Wood Coatings

采用预乳化半连续种子乳液聚合工艺,采用聚合型阴离子乳化剂SR-10及聚合非离子乳化剂ER-10,通过在聚丙烯酸酯乳液中引入20%～25%的叔碳酸乙烯酯、3%的双丙酮丙烯酰胺/己二酸二酰肼,制得的叔丙乳液具有优异的耐水、耐乙醇等化学品性能,且涂膜具有良好的光泽及透明度。

Pre-emulsification semi-continuous seed polymerization was adopted to prepare tertiary acrylic emulsion. Polymerized anion emulsifier SR-10 and polymerized non-ionic emulsifier ER-10 were used. Vinyl versatate at 20%～25%, diacetone acrylamide and adipic dihydrazide at 3% were introduced into acrylate emulsion. The prepared tertiary acrylic emulsion had good properties including water resistance and alcohol resistance etc.. The emulsion also had good gloss and transparency.
