摘要
分析了影响涂装生产线涂料利用率的因素。指出通过优化、完善人工喷涂操作方式、方法,控制好喷枪流量、喷幅;控制和调整好材料参数、机器人参数和喷涂仿形工作;选择上漆率更好的静电喷枪代替现场空气喷枪;减少生产过程中换色次数、返工数量等措施,可以提升涂料利用率、减少单车材料消耗,提升产品质量,减少对环境污染和VOCs的排放。
The factor influencing paint utilization was analyzed.By optimizing and improving manual spraying operation mode; control of the spraying gun flow and swath; control and adjustment of material parameter, robot parameter and spray profiling; choosing electrostatic spray gun instead of the air gun; reducing the color changing time and rework quantity, paint utilization and product quality were enhanced and material consumption as well as environmental pollution and VOCs discharge were reduced.
