介绍了国内环保形势以及高固体含量涂料在汽车涂装线改造上的优势,根据高固体含量涂料在汽车涂装线的实用案例,介绍了现场工艺改进和设备改造要点,制定了高固体含量涂料的工艺标准并进行了试装验证,结果表明采用高固体含量涂料可实现汽车涂装线VOC排放目标。

The situation of domestic environment and advantage of high solid content coating on automotive coating line were introduced firstly. Then, technology improvement and equipment transformation were introduced according to the practical example of high solid content coating on automotive coating line. Moreover, the technological standard of coating with high solid content was formulated and verified and the result showed that the VOC discharge purpose can be achieved with high solid content coating.
