摘要
超高密度有机存储材料是当前热门的研究课题。本文主要介绍了本课题组在有机信息存储材料的研究进展,特别是多进制存储材料的研究,提出了独特的多电荷陷阱机理实现电学多稳态,即多进制,为高密度信息存储材料的发展提供了新思路和新材料。
Ultra-high density data storage materials have become the current hot research topic. In this paper, the study in our group on the research progress of organic information storage materials have been introduced, especially the multi- level storage materials. Moreover, the unique multi-charge traps mechanism, which can realize electrical multi-stable states and multi-level data storage, was proposed and applied in the design of multilevel memory materials. And it can also provide a new way of thinking and new materials for the development of high density information storage.
