端乙烯基树枝型聚酯的合成及性能

摘要 以三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯和乙二胺为原料,通过Micheal加成反应,制备端乙烯基树枝型聚酯(VTDP),采用红外光谱和氢核磁共振谱表征和证实其化学结构;以2-羟基-2-甲基丙基苯酮为光引发剂进行紫外光固化VTDP,并研究其紫外光固化动力学和材料的性能。制备VTDP的工艺简单,产率达98.42%;紫外光固化后的VTDP材料,其铅笔硬度为3H,附着力等级达二级,固化反应为二级反应,热重分析和差示扫描量热分析表明其表观热分解温度和玻璃化转变温度分别为268.10℃和84.4℃,具有良好的综合性能。 Vinyl-terminated dendritic polyester (VTDP) with a yield of 98.42% was synthesized by Micheal reaction between trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA) and ethylenediamine (EDA), and the chemical structure of VTDP was characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR techniques. The resultant VTDP was cured using 2-hydroxy-2- methylpropiophenone as UV photoinitiator. The pencil hardness of 3H and adhesion class of level 2 about the cured film with good comprehensive properties were investigated. UV curing kinetics of the VTDP with a reaction order of 2 is confirmed. The glass transition temperature and the apparent thermal decomposition temperature of the cured VTDP are 84.4 ℃and 268.1 ℃thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) , respectively, obtained from their differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and curves of cured VTDP.
