摘要
为了深度处理焦化废水使其达标排放,提出了应用焦粉复极性三维电极法深度处理焦化废水的方法。采用焦化厂废弃的焦粉作为三维电极反应器中的粒子电极,阳极采用钛基钌、铱电极,阴极采用不锈钢。研究结果表明:在电解时间为60 min,极板间距为1.0 cm,电流密度为20 m A/cm2,极板对数为4对时的最佳条件下,经生化处理后的焦化废水水样,再经过焦粉复极性三维电极反应器深度处理后,其中的主要污染物质:挥发酚、氰化物、CODcr、石油类和NH4+-N等指标,可同时满足GB13456—1992《钢铁工业污染物排放标准》中焦化废水排放一级标准限值排放,解决了焦化废水难以达标排放的问题。
In order to deeply treat the coking wastewater to reach the discharging standard,a coking wastewater deep treatment method with an application of a coke powder bipolar three- dimensional electrode method was provided. The coke powder abandoned by the coking plant was applied to be the particle electrode in the three- dimensional electrode reactor,the anode was made of the titanium- base ruthenium and iridium electrode and the cathode was made of the stainless steel. The study results showed that under the optimum conditions when the electrolysis time was 60 min,the space between polar plates was 1. 0 cm,the electrical current density was 20 m A / cm2 and the polar plate logarithm was 4 pairs,the coking wastewater sample after the biochemical treatment would be deeply treated with the coke powder bipolar three- dimensional electrode reactor. The main pollutants would be the volatile phenol,cyanide,CODcr,petroleum,NH+4- N and other indexs and would meet the limit discharging of coking wastewater discharging first grade standard stipulated in GB 13456—1992"Pollutant Discharging Standard of Iron and Steel Industry". And the hard to reach the discharging standard of the coking wastewater could be solved.
