中加(NSFC-CIHR)健康研究合作计划项目资助发表SCI论文分析

Analysis of the SCI papers originated by the NSFC-CIHR Joint Health Research Initiative Program

本文选取第一期(2006—2010年)5轮中加(NSFC-CIHR)健康研究合作计划资助且已结题项目发表SCI论文为研究对象,根据科学基金项目结题报告,利用Web of Science数据平台,从研究项目发表的SCI论文的数量、文献类型、期刊影响因子、被引频次以及合作情况等方面,开展数理统计分析和文献计量研究,以期考查中加健康研究合作计划项目的进展运行情况,总结该合作计划项目在促进合作交流、提升研究水平等方面的绩效特点与值得关注的问题,为未来继续推进中加双方务实合作提供决策依据。

This paper conducts a statistical and bibliometric analysis of the SCI papers produced by the Joint Health Research Initiative Programs funded by NSFC and CIHR from 2006 through 2010, with a focus on the total volume, type, impact factors, time of citation, and element of international cooperation of the SCI papers by reference of the project final reports and the data on the Web of Science. Based on the investiga- tion of the progress of the NSFC-CIHR Joint Health Research Initiative, the paper aims at a performance e- valuation of the program in promoting international cooperation and enhancing research capacity, with a wrap-up of current issues of concern. The analysis is intended to provide some references for decision-mak- ing in pushing forward substantial China-Canada collaboration in the future.
