摘要
原油的重质化、劣质化给延迟焦化装置带来了更大的苛刻度,加热炉炉管结焦已经成为所有延迟焦化装置面临的重要问题。目前清理焦化加热炉结焦方法主要有3种,在实际应用过程中各有特点。其中机械清焦技术可以将加热炉管内结焦清除的比较干净,使加热炉恢复到开工初期的传热状态,有利于降低装置能耗,提高整体经济效益。
Heavy and inferior crude oil increases the operating severity of delayed coking unit,and the coking of furnace tube has become a significant problem.At present,there are three main decoking methods,each of which has its own features in practical application.Mechanical decoking technology can clear away the coke formed in the furnace tube to recover the ideal heat-transfer conditions at start of run,so as to lower the energy consumption and increase the overall economic benefits.
