介绍了加热炉设计中常用的控制和联锁方案。设置加热炉的控制是为了让加热炉保持在一个经济合理的状态下运行;加热炉的联锁主要是为了提高加热炉运行的安全性。对于不同装置的加热炉,控制和联锁方案可能会有所不同,设计者可参考文章中的设计思路结合装置特点,设计出合理的控制和联锁方案。借助DCS操作系统,加热炉的运行实现了自动化控制和联锁。DCS操作系统大大提高了加热炉运行的自动化水平和安全性。
This article introduces and explains the control and interlock plan commonly used in furnace design.The purpose of control is to maintain the economical and reasonable operation of the furnace,and the purpose of interlock is to improve the operational safety of the furnace.For different furnaces,the control and interlock plan may be different.Reasonable control and interlock plan can be developed based on the characteristics of the unit and the design concept presented in this article.Automatic control and interlock of the furnace operation is achieved using DCS system.The DCS system greatly improves the automatic level and safety of furnace operation.
