摘要
煤直接液化装置中,油煤浆通过煤粉、催化剂和溶剂油按照一定比例混合制成,工艺中对油煤浆比例有着严格要求。因此煤粉及催化剂的精确计量和给料,对于油煤浆的精确配比起着至关重要的作用。阐述了科里奥利力与粉体质量的关系,并分析了科里奥利质量流量计的结构及工作原理。同时结合称重及给料系统的控制原理,论述了科里奥利质量流量计如何满足精确计量的要求。另外,对给料设备在现场中出现的问题从原理上进行了分析,并给出了实际的改造方案。
In direct coal liquefaction project,coal-oil slurry is prepared by mixing the oil with coal and catalyst.There are strict requirements on the mixture ratio of coal-oil slurry.The accurate weighing and feeding of coal and catalyst play a vital role in the accurate mixture ratio of coal-oil slurry.This paper introduces the relationship between Coriolis force and powder mass,and analyzes the mechanical structure and working principle of Coriolis mass flow meter.Combined with the control principles of the weighing and feeding system,how the Coriolis mass flow meter meets the requirements of accurate metering is discussed.The problems of the feeder in the field are analyzed,and some practical solutions are proposed.
