摘要
以某丙烷脱氢项目的压缩机管道设计为例,重点分析离心式压缩机的进出口管道、蒸汽透平管道的布置以及管架的设计,阐述了离心式压缩机及透平管道设计要点。离心式压缩机分为低压段和高压段,低压段管道双进单出,高压段管口单进单出;蒸汽透平由超高压蒸汽驱动,产生高压蒸汽和低压蒸汽。这种类型的压缩机及透平在大型石油化工装置中很常见,具有典型性,其管道比较复杂,设计精度要求很高,对其管道设计进行分析具有积极作用。
This article takes the piping design of the compressor in a PDH project as an example,mainly analyzes the piping layout and support design of the inlet and outlet piping of centrifugal compressor and the piping of steam turbine,and discusses the key points in the piping design of centrifugal compressor and steam turbine.This centrifugal compressor consists of two parts,i.e.low pressure compressor(LP) and high pressure compressor(HP).Both the LP and HP have one outlet,but LP has two inlets while HP has one inlet.The steam turbine is driven by ultra high pressure steam and provides high pressure steam and low pressure steam.This type of compressor and turbine are commonly used in largescale petrochemical units,so they are typical.Due to the complexity of piping,high design accuracy is required.The analysis of the piping design of such compressor would be helpful.
