摘要
加氢装置高压空冷器入口管道的布置在工艺上有特殊要求,为获得更加合理的设计,采用Ansys CFX软件,对两种常用的"圣诞树"型对称布置方式做仿真模拟计算。布置一为分支后有直管段要求;布置二为分支后没有直管段要求,但需逆向翻转。其模拟结果显示:虽然两种布置方式中流体的分配都比较均匀,但均存在局部死区和偏流现象(液体聚集滞留)。通过逐一分析对比两种布置方式中气相和水相流体分配的模拟图表,最终选用了流体分配到空冷器前每个支管时没有偏流的的布置一方案。
Special requirements are needed for the layout of the inlet piping of HHPS vapor air cooler in Hydrotreating Unit.In order to select a more reasonable design,this article uses ANSYS CFX to simulate two types of commonly used'Christmas tree' piping layout.Layout Ⅰ needs a certain length of straight pipe after each branch,while layout Ⅱ needs reverse turning instead of a certain length of straight pipe after each branch.The simulation results show that the fluid is equally distributed in the pipe for both the two layouts,but deflected flow exists in some parts of the pipe.By carefully analyzing the vapor and water phase distribution graphs for the two layouts,layout Ⅰ.which has better fluid distribution in the final branch before air cooler compared with layout Ⅱ,is finally se lected.
